Learning a new language can be very scary at first. I have heard many people say; “I am too old to learn a new language, I am so busy to learn a new language, I tried learning a new language and never got past ‘.
I am here to tell you that to learn a new language you need to remove the fear barrier. Learning a new language can by very mental as well.
First you need to get exposure in the sound of another language. How do you do this? Easy, you listen to the radio, watch a movie in the language.
Open your brain the sound of a new language, the sound of Spanish! The next thing is look at the new language. Yes you are reading correctly. You begin doing this by seeing the words of the new language by reading the newspapers and print materials
In this case, the Spanish language.
How to get rid of the fear of the new language, find your local Spanish radio station and listen to the Spanish music, watch a Spanish movie and try to figure out what they are saying. Read your local newspaper or try to understand and or guess what the article is saying. Just expose yourself to the words and sounds in Spanish.

How to engage with a client; in the Latino market. Most Latinos are very personable and energetic people. Have you ever heard “Mi casa es su casa?” When you call your client make him or her feel that they can trust you.
At times it is good to give these clients a background of your company in order to gain their trust. The reason for the trust being so vague from the beginning is because many of these Latinos have had something occurs in the past that has caused this or have heard from a fellow Latino friend and this causes the introduction to distrust.
