Alexandra Gonzalez is a native of Greenville, SC born to Colombian parents. As Alexandra was growing up, the importance of learning Spanish and the different cultures within the Spanish speaking countries was stressed. As a result, not only is she is completely bilingual, but she also has a deep understanding of diversity. Her parents also instilled in her the desire to give back to the community, which she began to do in her teenage years. She has worked with the Hispanic community for over eight years in volunteer and professional positions. Through the Hispanic Alliance, she is a faithful volunteer interpreter at the Greenville Free Medical Clinic, providing a compassionate bridge between Spanish-speaking community members, and the health care they need.

In 2013, Alexandra started her own business The A Group, offering highly skilled and accredited multilingual translators and interpreters in Simpsonville. It specializes in academic, business, immigration, legal, medical documentation interpretation and translation, but more importantly, emphasizes justice and compassion. Alexandra was just named to TALK Greenville’s "25 Most Beautiful Women of the Upstate", honoring women of "integrity and beauty" who are devoted to their community.
